The G series – the new generation of material handlers from Sennebogen!

After ten years with the successful E-series, Sennebogen takes a big step and launches the G-series, a completely new generation of material handling machines. The new G series combines the experience from demanding material handling with a forward-looking generation of green material handlers.

The completely newly developed Sennebogen 835 G Hybrid is just the beginning of the G series. Equipped with the latest generation of engines, the innovative Green Hybrid energy recovery system and several decades of Sennebogen engineers' expertise.

Powerful, precise and fast – the 835 G Hybrid sets new standards for scrap, timber and port handling. With the sophisticated Green Hybrid recycling system – now also in this machine class – stored energy is used which saves up to 30% fuel.

Here's how it works: In the boom there is an extra hydraulic cylinder, connected to a separate hydraulic system. When the boom is lowered, the extra cylinder's hydraulic oil is compressed in an accumulator and stored. Like a compressed coil spring that wants to expand, this energy is then used when the boom is raised again. This means that the engine is almost completely unloaded in the heavy lifts, which in turn leads to a reduced fuel consumption by as much as 30%! The completely redesigned hose and pipe routing in the G-series hydraulics also ensures high energy efficiency. Simply put, maximum performance with minimum consumption!

• 188 kW Stage V diesel engine and Green Hybrid energy recovery system.

• High load capacity and reach between 16 m and 20 m.

• Flexible modular system: wheels, caterpillar, 4-point pylon, etc.

• New Maxcab cab for comfortable work for long periods, hydraulically raised cab above 2.80 m as standard. Revised control panel, all-round visibility and new safety features.

• Feedback from customers and dealers has led to further simplified and safer service and maintenance.
